Sadness, anger, misunderstanding, frustration, tears, hurt, heartbreak, pain, crying, hearing, wishing, wanting, knowing...everything will be ok. Everything is ok right now. Let it out, scream at the top of your breath, breathe, relax, accept, release, grow.
