Along with
music, the art of dance has been around since the beginning of time. A
form of nonverbal communication, definitions of what constitutes dance
are dependent on social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic and moral
constraints. Every dance, no matter what style, has something in
common...flexibility and body movement, but also physics.
