Aesthetic

A branch of philosophy dealing with the nature of beauty, art, and taste. More scientifically it is defined as the study of sensori-emotional values, sometimes called judgments of sentiment and taste. Scholars in the field define aesthetics as “critical reflection on art, culture and nature.”

EMP Museum

EMP is housed in a 140,000 square foot Frank O. Gehry designed building that includes multiple innovative galleries, an interactive Sound Lab, and Sky Church --- a concert venue with state-of-the-art sound and lighting that houses the largest indoor LED screen in the world.
