First Light

Dawn arrives in spite of Ego’s sleep. Insomniac or restless dreamer, time continues without compassion for the drama of the story. Another cycle begins anew, the Earth rotating regardless of each individual plight.

Sunrise

Dark breaks, giving way to light. Shades of sky gradually alter by imperceptible degrees. A pinhole of radiant light pierces the horizon, growing moment by moment, spreading hue and color wherever its rays may hit. Vibrating earth alive and awake.

Visible Horizon

The intersection of earth and sky is called the visible horizon. Often times I look to the horizon as if it held the future. The word horizon derives from the Greek "ὁρίζων κύκλος" (horizōn kyklos), "separating circle", from the verb "ὁρίζω" (horizō), "to divide, to separate", and that from "ὅρος" (oros), "boundary, landmark". Observing boundaries I hope to see the light on the horizon.

Sunshine

Impressions of a moment in time recalled through color and line. Life giving warmth, a whispering breeze rearranging grass blades and whipping ripples on the water. Spring buds blooming in a field of green, awaiting the next rainstorm, the sound of the Earth chirps loudly with a buzz creating pixels for all to enjoy.
