Enveloped in
the sounds of Firenze, all I could do was absorb and attempt to
understand even the tiniest word. In my painting class we learned how to
make rabbit-skin glue like the Masters had used for centuries. My
ethical reservations held little clout in a foreign land. Luce is one of
my paintings that has a base of rabbit-skin glue...as Elmer Fudd would
say “Ahhhhhh the poor little bunny wabbit!”
